  • Sauna

    Our Maine made, Maine Built Native Sauna heats up to 6 ppl with a HUUM drop heater offering 190 degree steam heat via hand laid rocks. The cedar interior offers warmth and comfort with 2 large benches, headrest & 3 levels to find the right spot to admire the Dryppe space through it's large, glass paneled front.

  • Cold Plunge

    Our ozone filtered, Morozko Ice Bath offers cold contrast year round.  Fashioned with a steel tub and copper cooling element, this state of the art machine delivers grounding to the user along with cold exposure benefits.

  • Outdoor Lounge

    Your time at Dryppe can be enjoyed in both the sauna and cold plunge or just relaxing around the solo stove fire pit enjoying the beverage of your choosing.   The changing room & beverage nook offers hot & cold water, a self serve 'honor bar' of canned beverages plus a Dryppe specific catering menu to take your gathering up a level.

First and Foremost, your comfort is our goal. If this is your first experience or part of a regular practice, please let us know any and all of your questions.  An outline of the basics is provided below, but if you need more information or clarification, please don't hesitate to request more detail. 

Sauna Etiquette

Before You Begin

Shower First - A quick rinse keeps our water clean and fresh for all guests.

Hydrate - Bring a water bottle or enjoy the water provided, your body will thank you.

Health Considerations - If you’re pregnant, have a heart condition, or are unsure, please check with your doctor before using the sauna or plunge.

General Etiquette

Bathing suits are required at all times in the sauna and cold plunge.

This is a shared space, please keep your volume low in consideration for all guests.

Clean up after yourself using our towel baskets, trash cans, and recycle bin.

Please honor the schedule and others’ reserved time.

In The Sauna

Limit your time - 15–20 minutes is a great start. Feel free to do multiple rounds with rest in between.

Sit on a towel - It keeps the benches clean and more comfortable.

Keep voices low - Respect others and our neighbors and speak softly.

No phones, glass, or loud music - This is your time to unplug.

In The Cold Plunge

1–3 minutes is plenty, especially if you're new to cold therapy. 

Move with care - Wet areas can be slippery, take your time.

No splashing, dunking, or rowdiness - Let’s keep the vibe restorative and respectful.
